Every bottle is produced ground-to-glass using heirloom grains grown on their own farms.

The bourbon is crafted from a distinctive four-grain mashbill: 70% Bloody Butcher Corn (a non-GMO, open-pollinated heirloom variety), 15% malted rye, 10% malted wheat, and 5% malted barley. It is aged at least four years and bottled at 49% ABV (98 proof). On the nose, expect sweet cream candies, hydrangeas, dried apricots, red berries, peach cobbler, brown sugar, and blackberry jam. The palate is complex and rich with vanilla, nutmeg, clove, and toasted pecans, finishing long with vanilla mint and lingering baking spices.
