Pacific Rim Dry Riesling is a 100% Riesling from Columbia Valley, Washington, crafted by Pacific Rim and Co. under their philosophy of low-input, sustainable winemaking. Grapes are sourced from Yakima Valley and Columbia Valley AVAs, where wind-blown loess soils on basalt bedrock create a minerally-driven terroir ideal for Riesling.

The wine is crisp, dry, and lush with flavors of citrus, jasmine, and distinct minerality. On the nose, it offers a fragrance of fresh jasmine. Grapes are picked early at 22.5–23.5 Brix, cold-fermented over 30 days, then aged sur lie in stainless steel tanks with weekly lees stirring for up to five months, building texture and complexity. Alcohol: 12.5% ABV. Total Acidity: 6.7 g/l. Residual Sugar: 3.6 g/l.
