Veramonte Ritual Pinot Noir is a premium Chilean red wine crafted in the Casablanca Valley, one of Chile's most celebrated cool-climate wine regions. The wine is made from organically grown Pinot Noir grapes sourced from select vineyards planted on granite soils at approximately 310 meters above sea level, on gentle slopes at the foot of the Cordillera de la Costa.

Grapes are hand-picked in small batches at first light during the cool morning hours and carefully double-sorted for quality. A portion of the fruit undergoes whole-cluster fermentation to add structure and complexity, while spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts preserves the terroir's natural character. The wine is aged for 12 months in 400-litre French oak barrels, lending subtle toasty notes without overwhelming the varietal character.

On the nose, the wine offers a savory, smoky profile featuring grilled mushrooms, gravy, spiced plums, toast, and cloves. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannins, a spicy dark-fruited character, and a taut, lingering finish.
