Bohigas Brut Cava Reserva is a traditional Spanish sparkling wine from Catalonia, produced by Fermí Bohigas, a family estate with roots in winemaking dating back to 1870. The wine is crafted from the classic Cava grape varieties — Xarel-lo, Macabeo, and Parellada — grown on 35 hectares of estate vineyards in Odena, in the Penedès wine region.

This Reserva-grade Cava is aged on the lees for a minimum of 18 months using the traditional method (méthode champenoise), developing a pale golden color with fine, persistent bubbles and a creamy mousse. The nose offers aromas of green apple, citrus, and toasted bread, leading to a crisp, dry palate with balanced acidity and a clean, refreshing finish.

Bohigas Brut Reserva has earned critical acclaim including 90 points from Robert Parker's Wine Advocate, a Gold medal from the Champagne & Sparkling Wine World Championships, and a Silver medal from the International Wine Challenge. It pairs well with seafood, tapas, light appetizers, and fresh cheeses. Serve chilled at 6–8°C (43–46°F).
