Tabalí Talinay Chardonnay is widely regarded as one of Chile's finest Chardonnays, produced by Viña Tabalí in the Limarí Valley appellation of northern Chile. Winemaker Felipe Müller crafts this wine using 100% Chardonnay grapes sourced from the Talinay Vineyard, Chile's only site planted entirely over chalky limestone soils — a terroir closely resembling Burgundy's celebrated growing regions.

The Talinay Vineyard sits approximately 12 km from the Pacific Ocean, where cool coastal breezes keep summer temperatures at a maximum of 23.5°C, naturally delaying harvest by 2–3 weeks compared to other Chilean coastal areas. The proximity of the Atacama Desert ensures minimal disease pressure, allowing for pristine fruit development. Grapes are hand-picked with careful bunch selection, then fermented in French oak barrels sourced from Fontainebleau, Jupille, and Vosges forests. The wine undergoes daily battonage during 10 months of oak aging, lending a creamy, layered texture.

The wine delivers mineral-driven citrus and nutty notes with Burgundian precision, finishing with a sappy, saline tang reminiscent of a ripe Chablis. It pairs beautifully with roast chicken, creamy fish dishes, and pasta preparations. ABV 12.5%. Vegetarian and vegan friendly; contains sulphites.
