Château de Corcelles Rosé is a French rosé wine produced at the historic Château de Corcelles estate, a medieval fortress situated in the Beaujolais region of Burgundy, France. The estate has been owned by the Richard family since 1984 and is regarded as an icon of the region, with nearly 84 hectares of vineyards spread across several appellations.
The wine is crafted from 100% Gamay grapes, the signature variety of the Beaujolais region. It presents a pale pink color with a fresh, expressive nose dominated by white peach and white flower aromas. On the palate, the wine is soft, fresh, and long with fruity, expressive character. It pairs well with light cuisine, salads, seafood, and charcuterie, and is best enjoyed slightly chilled.
