Sauvage Sparkling Rosé is a bone-dry, zero-dosage sparkling wine crafted by Gruet Winery in New Mexico using 100% Pinot Noir grapes. Made in the traditional méthode champenoise style, it reflects the French Champagne heritage of the Gruet family who brought their winemaking expertise from the Champagne region of France.
This pale salmon-colored sparkling rosé delivers pillowy bubbles with aromas of wild strawberry, yellow cherries, lilies, and fresh-baked rolls. On the palate, it offers flavors of brioche, lemon zest, juicy strawberry, and cherry, with a finish of yeasty brioche and preserved lemon. Its zero dosage means no added sugar, resulting in approximately 50% less sugar and 25% fewer carbs than the average sparkling wine.
Sauvage Sparkling Rosé has earned a Gold Medal at the San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition and a Bronze Medal at the TEXSOM International Wine Awards. Each case contains 12 bottles of 750ML.
