Emilio Moro Malleolus is a full-bodied red wine from the Ribera del Duero appellation in Castile and León, Spain, produced by Bodegas Emilio Moro — one of the oldest and most respected quality producers in the region, with a winemaking heritage spanning three generations.

This 100% Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) wine undergoes an 18-day skin maceration followed by malolactic fermentation in stainless-steel tanks, then ages in French oak barrels before bottling. The result is a concentrated, expressive wine with vibrant aromas of red and black berry fruit, blackberries, black olives, mocha, and chocolate. On the palate, rich flavors of cherry and raspberry are supported by firm tannins and persistent mineral notes, leading to a long, tenacious finish.

The wine is full-bodied with a concentrated style and benefits from cellaring — best enjoyed from 2028 onward, though approachable now with 30 minutes of decanting. It pairs exceptionally well with red meats, stews, and aged cheeses. Sold in a case of 12 bottles, each 750ML.
