Lagavulin Offerman Edition 11 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky 750ml

Lagavulin Offerman Edition is a limited-edition collaboration between the legendary Islay distillery and actor Nick Offerman, best known for his role as Ron Swanson in Parks and Recreation. This is the third release in their partnership, celebrating shared passions for craftsmanship, quality spirits, and a good meal. The whisky is aged a minimum of 11 years in heavily charred bourbon and red wine barrels on the Isle of Islay, Scotland.

On the nose, it delivers complex and intriguing aromas with strong peaty notes balanced by rich chocolate, hints of treacle, red berry, and a satisfying creaminess. The palate is warming and bold with layers of chocolate, peat smoke, wood spice, sweet berries, and cocoa. The finish is long and lingering, with spicy notes that persist well after each sip. Bottled at 46% ABV (92 proof), it carries Lagavulin's signature intense peat character elevated by the influence of the charred casks.

Nick Offerman recommends enjoying it alongside a juicy medium-rare rib-eye steak, a pairing that complements the smoky, robust character of the whisky.
