Redwood Empire Rocket Top Bottled-in-Bond Straight Rye Whiskey is a premium craft rye produced in Sonoma County, California. Bottled under the strict tenets of the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897, this 100-proof whiskey is aged for 5 years in the temperate climate of the Northern California coast, with only pure water from the Russian River Valley aquifer added to the original distillate.

The mash bill features 85% rye, 11% malted barley, and 4% wheat. Tasting notes include fresh pine sap and maple candy on the nose, with flavors of brisket and chanterelles on the palate. The color is described as imperial topaz.
