Fowles Farm to Table Cabernet Sauvignon is a classic Australian red wine from Victoria, Australia, produced by Fowles Wine. Crafted with a philosophy of connecting agriculture and the dining table, this wine reflects the character of Victoria's cool-climate growing regions with ripe, expressive fruit and approachable structure.
The wine presents fresh aromas of plums, blackberries, mint, and licorice with hints of hazelnuts. On the palate it is medium-bodied with soft, ripe tannins and a well-balanced finish showing complexity of soft berry fruit with herbal and spicy notes. This is a versatile, food-friendly Cabernet Sauvignon suited to a wide range of cuisine. It has received a 91-point rating from James Suckling, as well as Silver medals from the TEXSOM International Wine Awards. Sold as a case of 12 bottles, 750ml each.
