Crafted by Dave Phinney under the Orin Swift label, this Pinot Noir showcases the hallmarks of the cool-climate Sta. Rita Hills appellation — ripe red and black cherry, strawberry preserves, cranberry, and raspberry, with notes of cardamom, wet stone, saline, and natural acidity that give the wine a bright, mineral-driven finish. The wine is medium-bodied with a supple entry, structured mid-palate, and a refreshing, lifting close. It is well-suited for near-term drinking or short-term cellaring of several years.
