This 750ML bottle showcases the winery's signature estate-grown fruit, blending coastally grown, cool-climate grapes from their SEA vineyard with warmer inland fruit from their EARTH vineyard for a balanced expression of ripeness, roundness, and bright acidity.

The wine is crafted from 100% Chardonnay grapes, fermented in a combination of stainless steel tanks and French oak barrels with partial malolactic fermentation. Extended time on light lees adds texture and complexity, while a portion of new French barriques contributes subtle oak character.
