Château Doisy Daëne is a prestigious Second Grand Cru Classé estate located in Barsac within the Sauternes appellation of Bordeaux, France. This 375ml half-bottle presents the estate's flagship sweet wine, crafted primarily from Semillon (86%) with Sauvignon Blanc (14%) grown on red sand, clay, and limestone soils at the historic 18.2-hectare property.

The wine is vinified in French oak barrels (65% new) for approximately 10 months, followed by additional aging in tank before bottling. It exhibits classic Sauternes character with honeyed tropical fruits, lemon curd, salty orange notes, mangos, and caramel, all balanced by vibrant natural acidity that keeps the sweetness elegant and fresh. The estate has been in the Dubourdieu family since 1924, and is now managed by brothers Jean Jacques and Fabrice Dubourdieu following their father Denis's tenure as a respected professor and winemaker at Bordeaux University.
