Red Stitch Wine Sierra Mar Chardonnay is a vineyard-designate white wine sourced from the celebrated Sierra Mar Vineyard in the Santa Lucia Highlands AVA of Monterey County, California. Red Stitch Wine Group was founded by Rich and Amy Aurilia, Dave and Tricia Roberts, and John and Noelle Micek, who partnered with renowned winemaker Rolando Herrera of Mi Sueño to craft wines of exceptional quality. The winery began working with Santa Lucia Highlands vineyards in 2011, and the Sierra Mar Chardonnay has since become a cornerstone of the Red Stitch portfolio.

Sierra Mar Vineyard sits at just over 1,000 feet in elevation, making it one of the highest-altitude vineyards in the Santa Lucia Highlands. The land has been farmed by the Franscioni family for three generations. The cool, fog-influenced coastal climate of the Highlands produces grapes with vibrant natural acidity and refined mineral character, hallmarks of the region's Chardonnay.

This mineral-driven Chardonnay displays aromas of apple blossom, Fuji apple, honeysuckle, toast, and green-pear flesh. On the palate it is zesty and bright, with flavors of Key lime pie, tart apple, and a hint of Marcona almond, with lingering citrus on the finish. Sold as a case of 12 x 750ML bottles.
