Bernardus Rosé Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence is a premium French rosé wine produced in collaboration with the renowned Château La Coste in Provence. First introduced in 2022, this wine is made entirely in the Provence region from organically certified grapes grown on the limestone soils of Aix-en-Provence.
The blend features Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, and Clairette grapes, resulting in a pale salmon-pink wine with an elegant, mineral character. On the nose it offers fresh aromas of red fruit, white peach, grapefruit peel, and subtle Provençal herbs. The palate is fresh, dry, and mineral with elegant acidity and a crisp, dry finish. It is vegan-friendly and best served chilled at 8–10°C.
Appellation: Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence AOP. Alcohol: 12.5%. Sugar: Dry. Sold in a 750ML bottle.
