Joseph Drouhin's Puligny-Montrachet Premier Cru "Les Folatières" is a prestigious Burgundy white wine from one of the most celebrated appellations in the Côte de Beaune, France. Made entirely from Chardonnay grapes, Les Folatières occupies a prime mid-slope position among Puligny-Montrachet's most renowned Premier Cru vineyards, planted on limestone-rich, chalky, and stony soils that are ideal for producing wines of exceptional character.

The wine displays a golden, bright color with complex and distinctive Puligny aromas of honey, honeysuckle, and fresh almond. With age, these evolve toward dried fruit and spice notes. On the palate, it achieves a beautiful harmony between freshness and velvety texture, supported by a firm backbone that provides strong structure and an exceptionally long finish with refined floral notes throughout. The alcoholic and malolactic fermentations are carried out in French oak barrels, with approximately 20–25% new oak, followed by 16 to 18 months of aging.

This wine is recommended for optimal enjoyment between 8 and 20 years from vintage, with an aging potential of up to 20 years. Serve at 13°C (55°F).
