Rivarose Sparkling Brut Rosé is a celebrated sparkling wine from Provence, France, produced by the oldest and largest sparkling wine producer in the region, established in 1909 and based in Salon de Provence. Carrying the IGP Méditerranée designation, it is crafted just outside the AOP Provence appellation.

This elegant rosé is made from a blend of Syrah, which contributes vibrant red fruit aromas, and Grenache, which provides aromatic intensity. The wine undergoes natural fermentation in tanks to develop its effervescence. It presents a beautiful pale rosé color with a fine, persistent mousse. On the nose, expect fresh strawberry, raspberry, and a hint of cherry, while the palate offers silky red berry flavors, a touch of spice, and a mineral, wet-stone finish. It received a score of 91 from James Suckling in March 2024.

Best served well-chilled as an aperitif, it pairs beautifully with cured meats, crudités, and classic Provençal dishes.
