Château Saint-Maur St. M Rosé is a Cru Classé wine from the Côtes de Provence AOP, produced at Château Saint-Maur in Cogolin, one of only 18 châteaux in Provence to hold the prestigious Cru Classé designation. The Saint-M range is made with the same care and expertise as the estate's flagship wines, sourcing fruit from rigorously selected vineyards across the finest terroirs of the Côtes de Provence appellation, planted on schist and quartz-rich limestone clay soils.

This rosé is crafted from a blend led by Cinsault and Syrah, vinified in truncated cone-shaped vats with pumping over and punching of the cap to achieve its signature pale, elegant style. Fermentation in stainless steel preserves the wine's fresh, fruit-forward character — bright and expressive with the classic Provençal profile of red berry, citrus, and floral notes.

The wine is a natural partner for light summer fare including lemongrass chicken, Thai vegetable wok dishes, and salmon tartare. It is best served chilled at around 6°C (43°F). Each case contains 12 bottles of 750ML.
