Château Lamagdelaine Noire Malbec is a 100% Malbec red wine from the prestigious Cahors appellation in Southwest France. Produced by Janicot Scalisi Vignobles, the estate ranks among the top 3 in the Cahors region and is situated on the foothills of the Lot Valley upstream from the city of Cahors.

The wine features vines with an average age of around 40 years and is matured in concrete eggs and concrete vats, a winemaking approach that preserves the fruit's purity while allowing the wine to age gracefully in bottle for eight to ten years. It presents a beautiful dark color with complex aromas of well-matured red fruits, round and well-integrated tannins, and a finish with toasted notes. The alcohol content is 13.5%.

Best served at 18°C (64°F) with the bottle opened four hours before tasting. Pairs well with grilled red meats, lamb, and poultry. Contains sulfites.
