Produttori del Gavi Il Forte is a Gavi DOCG white wine from Piedmont, Italy, crafted entirely from the Cortese grape variety. Produced by the Produttori del Gavi cooperative, which was founded in 1951 and encompasses 95 farmers cultivating approximately 220 hectares of vineyards in the Gavi area of Piedmont.

The wine is fermented at temperature-controlled conditions of 12°C for 20 days, then refined in steel tanks at controlled temperatures for at least three months on fine lees, followed by one month in bottle. The vines average 30 years in age and are planted on predominantly red clay-based alluvial soils at 200–300 meters above sea level with south/east exposure, yielding 9,000 kg per hectare.

Il Forte displays a straw yellow color with aromas of pear, peach, apricot, and yellow plum. On the palate it is fresh, sapid, and easy to drink with a mildly almond finish that is harmonious and balanced. Best served at 8–10°C, it pairs well as an aperitif, with light pasta dishes, fish, fresh cheeses, and lightly spiced foods. The wine has received notable critical acclaim, including a 96-point score from Wine Enthusiast (2010) and a 92-point score from Wine Spectator (2013).
