This dry Riesling is known for its racy, crisp character with bright apple and citrus flavors, Key lime, and expressive mineral notes underpinned by a flinty spine. Grapes are manually harvested and vinified with a slow, temperature-controlled fermentation. The wine matures in century-old oak casks prior to gentle filtering, preserving its vivid aromatics and fresh acidity. It is bottled under screw-cap to maintain freshness.
