DeLille Cellars Minuit is a premium red blend from Washington State's Yakima Valley, crafted by winemakers Jason Gorski and Nick Bernstein. The name "Minuit" is French for midnight, a nod to the wine's deep, dark character. The blend combines Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from two of the region's most celebrated vineyards — Quintessence on Red Mountain and the legendary Red Willow Vineyard — with Malbec typically comprising the dominant portion of the blend.

On the nose, the wine opens with aromas of blackberry, plum, whole tangerine, cumin, cedar, and black pepper. The palate delivers ripe, mouth-coating purple and blue fruit flavors alongside notes of dried cherries, cranberry, violets, and earthy spice. Malbec brings richness and texture, while Cabernet Sauvignon adds body, tension, and a long, structured finish. The wine carries 14.2% alcohol and a production of approximately 1,335 cases.

Minuit has earned consistent critical acclaim, including a 91-point Platinum award from Great Northwest Wine and 91 points from Wine Enthusiast, along with Gold medals at the Seattle Wine Awards and Pacific Northwest competitions.
