Rubinelli Vajol Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG is a refined and complex Italian red wine from the Veneto region. Made from a blend of 40% Corvina, 40% Corvinone, 10% Rondinella, 5% Molinara, and 5% Oseleta, the grapes are hand-harvested in September and dried in traditional fruttaio lofts for four months before fermentation. The wine is aged for 36 months in large 3000-litre French oak barrels, followed by an additional 12 months of bottle aging before release.

This Amarone presents a medium garnet color with concentrated aromas of dried strawberry, espresso, dark chocolate, cinnamon, and raspberry jam, complemented by notes of balsamic vinegar and sour dark cherry. On the palate it is perfectly dry with refined tannins, full body, high alcohol (16% ABV), and a long elegant finish. Rubinelli Vajol's winemaking philosophy favors freshness, elegance, and complexity over heavy oak influence.

The wine has earned numerous accolades including a Decanter World Wine Awards Silver Medal, Gambero Rosso Two Glasses across multiple vintages, Wine Enthusiast 90 points, and James Suckling scores of 93-94 points.
