Redwood Empire Emerald Giant Cask Strength Rye Whiskey is a limited-edition, uncut and unfiltered craft rye whiskey distilled in Sonoma County, Northern California. Named after the fastest-growing Redwood tree in the world, this expression is aged a minimum of four years in the temperate climate of the Northern California coast, drawing on a blend of 4 to 7 year old ryes.

The mash bill is composed of 92% rye, 5% malted barley, and 3% wheat, bottled at 115.4 proof (57.7% ABV) straight from the barrel with no chill filtration or dilution. The whiskey pours a burnt orange color with a nose of delicate herbal tea, soft cinnamon, and dried orange peel. On the palate, expect Earl Grey tea character, a viscous texture, dark chocolate coffee beans, and a warm spice finish.
