This Sauvignon Blanc is made in a stainless steel style, preserving its bright, clean character and natural acidity. The wine displays aromas of cut grass, basil, guava, sagebrush, and wet stones, with fruit notes of peach, yellow apple peel, and citrus. On the palate it is medium-bodied with lively acidity and flavors of white grapefruit, lemon zest, lime, and tropical fruit. It received 90 points from James Suckling. The Columbia Valley AVA spans a vast swath of eastern Washington and is renowned for producing vibrant, fruit-forward white wines with excellent structure.
