Domaine Frédéric Esmonin is a family-run estate based in Gevrey-Chambertin in the Côte de Nuits, one of Burgundy's most prestigious wine regions. Founded by Frédéric alongside his parents André and Michèle, the domaine began bottling under its own label in 1988 and has since built a reputation for producing elegant, terroir-driven Pinot Noir wines that reflect the character of their Burgundian origins.

This red Burgundy is crafted from Pinot Noir grapes grown in the classic Bourgogne appellation of Burgundy, France. It expresses the hallmark qualities of the region: a refined ruby color, aromas of red cherry, raspberry, and subtle earthy notes with hints of spice and oak. On the palate, it delivers silky tannins, bright acidity, and a medium-bodied structure that makes it both approachable and food-friendly.

This wine pairs well with roasted poultry, duck, mushroom-based dishes, and soft cheeses. It is best served slightly cool at around 60–65°F and can be enjoyed now or cellared for a few years to allow further complexity to develop.
