Chionetti Briccolero is a Dolcetto di Dogliani DOC red wine from Piedmont, Italy, produced by the historic Chionetti estate in the Dogliani zone of the Langhe region. The Briccolero is one of the winery's signature single-vineyard Dolcetto expressions, named after the hillside cru vineyard from which the grapes are sourced.

This wine is made from 100% Dolcetto grapes, a variety native to Piedmont known for producing deeply colored, full-bodied reds with characteristic notes of dark cherry, blackberry, licorice, and a pleasantly dry, slightly bitter finish typical of the grape. Chionetti is widely regarded as one of the top producers of Dogliani Dolcetto, bringing decades of expertise to this appellation. The Briccolero bottling reflects the terroir of its specific vineyard site, offering more structure and complexity than everyday Dolcetto wines.
