Jean-Michel Guillon Gevrey-Chambertin Les Crais is a village-level red Burgundy from Domaine Jean-Michel Guillon & Fils, sourced from the Les Crais lieu-dit within the prestigious Gevrey-Chambertin appellation in the Côte de Nuits, Burgundy, France. The wine is made from 100% Pinot Noir, the signature grape of Burgundy's Côte d'Or.

Jean-Michel Guillon established his domaine in 1980 after relocating to Gevrey-Chambertin from a career in aeronautics. Together with his son Alexis, the estate has grown to encompass holdings across more than 20 appellations, including Grand Cru sites such as Mazis-Chambertin and Vougeot. Jean-Michel Guillon was named Winemaker of the Year 2020 by the Guide Hachette, one of France's most respected wine reference guides.

The Gevrey-Chambertin village wines from this domaine are recognized for their elegance, clarity of terroir expression, and hallmark Pinot Noir character. Gevrey-Chambertin is home to nine Grand Cru vineyards and is considered one of the great red wine communes of Burgundy. Served at cellar temperature, this wine pairs well with roasted poultry, duck, lamb, mushroom dishes, and aged cheeses.
