Domaine Moreau-Naudet Chablis Les Forets is a Premier Cru white Burgundy wine from the Chablis appellation in France, crafted from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in the renowned Forets vineyard on the western side of the Serein River. The Forets Premier Cru is recognized for its elegance, salinity, and refined character compared to other Chablis expressions, with vineyard parcels neighboring those of legendary producers Raveneau and Vincent Dauvissat.

The wine displays classic Chablis character with notes of green apple, star fruit, and oyster shell minerality, leading to a persistent, refreshing finish. Vinified without new oak and aged 18–20 months in used demi-muid barrels and stainless steel tanks, the wine showcases pure terroir expression. Domaine Moreau-Naudet was elevated to elite status under Stéphane Moreau in the 1990s, emphasizing healthy, ripe fruit and extended aging sur lie. The estate is now managed by his widow Virginie alongside his original winemaking team, preserving the philosophy of producing beautifully harmonious, character-driven wines.
