Enrico Serafino Brut is a classic Italian sparkling wine from the Piedmont region, produced by one of the area's most storied wineries. Founded in 1878 in Canale d'Alba by Enrico Serafino himself, the winery is located in the Roero appellation, part of the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Langhe, Roero, and Monferrato wine country.

This Brut-style sparkling wine reflects Piedmont's tradition of crafting refined bubbles using the Metodo Classico technique, with grapes including Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
