Château Ducasse Graves Blanc is a dry white Bordeaux wine produced by Hervé Dubourdieu from his 13-hectare estate in the commune of Barsac. The blend is composed of approximately 60% Sémillon, 40% Sauvignon Blanc, and a splash of Muscadelle, grown in clay and limestone soils over fissured bedrock. Fermented and aged in stainless steel to preserve freshness and acidity.
This traditional white Graves offers bright, mineral-laced aromatics of lemon citrus, white grapefruit, and pineapple. The palate is clean, vibrant, and dry with a savory mineral texture and nicely balanced finish. The high proportion of Sémillon contributes a honeyed weight and floral complexity uncommon at this price point. Best enjoyed within the first five years of vintage, it pairs beautifully with shellfish, risotto, wild-caught cod or salmon, and poached asparagus.
