Graffito Cabernet Franc is a refined, small-production red wine from Mendoza, Argentina, crafted by winemaker Jimena Lopez — a self-described detail obsessive who imprints her signature directly on the label. The grapes are 100% Cabernet Franc, hand-harvested from 28-year-old vines in Perdriel, Luján de Cuyo, planted in clay and loam soils at an average elevation of 3,050 feet.
The wine is aged for 15 months in second- and third-use French oak barrels, resulting in a balanced and elegant profile with floral aromas and notes of raspberry, cherry, and sweet pepper, with hints of bitter spice and dark chocolate on the finish. It has received 91 points from James Suckling and 90 points from Tim Atkin. Polished tannins and crunchy acidity make it very food-friendly.
Pairs well with roasted chicken, lamb, or soft cheeses. Alcohol: 14.5%.
