Kōloa Rum Company's 5-Year Single Barrel Cask Strength Rum is a premium Hawaiian aged rum crafted at the Kalāheo Distillery on the island of Kaua'i. Distilled from pure sugarcane, each barrel is individually aged for a minimum of five years in charred American white oak barrels, with the remarkable flavor, color, and aroma shaped by Kaua'i's tropical environment of time, temperature, and humidity.

Bottled at cask strength ranging from 110 to 124 proof depending on the individual barrel, each single-barrel release yields approximately 210 individually numbered bottles. The rum presents a deep amber color with a slight sheen. On the nose, expect fragrant sugarcane with hints of cinnamon, orange peel, roasted almond, and charred oak. The palate is bold and complex yet exceptionally smooth, delivering flavors of toasted vanilla, orange zest, brown butter, and honey that linger through a long, warm finish.
