The blend is dominated by Cabernet Sauvignon (approximately 62%), complemented by Merlot (32%), Cabernet Franc (4%), and Petit Verdot (2%). The estate has been 100% biodynamic since the early 2000s under the Tesseron family, with horses working a portion of the vineyards and gravity-fed fermentation in wooden vats and concrete tanks. The wine is aged in a combination of 50% new French oak barrels and 35% amphorae crafted from estate soils, a distinctive approach that enhances minerality while tempering oak influence.
