Gini Soave Classico is a certified organic white wine from one of the most historic producers in northern Italy's Veneto region. Made from 100% Garganega, the indigenous grape of the Soave Classico appellation, this golden-hued, medium-bodied wine offers a fragrant bouquet of white blossoms, golden apple, pear, and a tinge of ripe lemon. On the palate, it features stony minerality, bright and refreshing acidity, and lingering notes of honey.

The Gini family has been producing wine since the 1500s, making them one of the oldest producers in northern Italy. Their estate comprises 35 hectares of vineyards with vines averaging 80 to 100 years old on the best hillside positions of the Soave Classico zone. Extremely low yields and low-interference organic viticulture result in wines widely regarded as among the finest Soaves and great white wines of Italy. The wine carries 12% alcohol by volume and pairs well with roast chicken, light fish, and seafood.
