Domaine Jean-Michel Guillon & Fils Gevrey-Chambertin Cuvée Père Galland is a prestigious Burgundian Pinot Noir from the Côte de Nuits, produced at the family estate founded in 1980 and now co-run with son Alexis, who trained under legendary winemaker Henri Jayer. The cuvée's name pays tribute to a mentor who was instrumental in Jean-Michel Guillon's early winemaking career. Domaine Guillon was awarded "Winemaker of The Year" by the Hachette Wine Guide.

Made from 100% Pinot Noir, this wine is aged approximately 15 months in 100% new French oak barrels, with an aging potential of 8 to 12 years. On the nose, it offers intense aromas of black cherry, poached plum, wild berry, pickled cherry, candied violet, and earthy forest floor with smoked game notes. The palate delivers ripe wild currant, subtle spice and oak, finishing with persistent tannins and a salty-lemon character. Scores include 89–92 points from Burghound and 95 points from Wine Advocate.
