Marc Colin Saint-Aubin 1er Cru is a Premier Cru red Burgundy from the Côte de Beaune, produced by the highly regarded Domaine Marc Colin et Fils in Saint-Aubin, France. Made from Pinot Noir grapes, this wine represents one of the finest expressions from the Saint-Aubin appellation, which sits alongside the more famous Chassagne-Montrachet and Puligny-Montrachet villages.

The wine displays a deep garnet to crimson color with aromas of blackcurrant, cherries, and blackberries accented by spicy notes and hints of mocha. On the palate it is oily and silky with a vivacious finish and a persistent, soft, and warm sensation. It pairs beautifully with beef, veal, poultry, and game such as venison. Alcohol content is 13%.
