Domaine Vocoret & Fils Chablis 1er Cru Les Forêts, Burgundy, France 750ml

Domaine Vocoret & Fils Chablis 1er Cru Les Forêts is a prestigious Premier Cru white Burgundy from one of Chablis' most respected family estates, situated in the heart of the Chablis appellation in northern Burgundy, France. The Les Forêts vineyard is among Chablis' finest Premier Cru sites, producing wines of notable minerality, elegance, and age-worthiness.

Crafted entirely from Chardonnay, this wine expresses the hallmark characteristics of great Chablis: vibrant citrus and green apple aromas, white flower notes, and the signature flinty, steely minerality that comes from the region's ancient Kimmeridgian limestone soils. On the palate, it is medium-bodied and bright with lively acidity, fine-boned structure, and a long, mineral-driven finish. Tasting notes highlight aromas of almond paste, lemon, and dried white flowers, with a charming, precise palate.

Domaine Vocoret & Fils has been producing wine in Chablis for generations, maintaining a reputation for authentic, terroir-driven expressions of the appellation. This Premier Cru bottling represents an exceptional step up from village-level Chablis in both complexity and cellaring potential. It pairs beautifully with oysters, shellfish, crab, lobster, grilled fish, and fresh chèvre.
