Dominique Cornin Pouilly-Fuissé is a white Burgundy wine from the prestigious Pouilly-Fuissé appellation in the Mâconnais region of Burgundy, France. Domaine Dominique Cornin was founded in 1993 and is now led by Romain Cornin, who trained across the U.S., New Zealand, and Mâcon before returning to manage the 12.5-hectare estate spanning the villages of Chaintré, Fuissé, and Chanes. The domaine has been certified organic since 2003 and practices biodynamic farming, with all grapes hand harvested and wines made with minimal intervention using gravity-flow techniques.

The wine is fermented in stainless steel, then aged in used oak barrels. It is neither fined nor filtered, resulting in a wine of exceptional purity and terroir expression. Imported exclusively to the U.S. by Martine's Wines.

On the nose, this Pouilly-Fuissé opens with honeysuckle, citrus blossom, and ripe orchard fruits including apple and pear, with subtle mineral undertones. The palate is electric and acid-driven, delivering lemon citrus, juicy pear, ripe yellow apple, subtle tropical fruit, cream, and fennel seed, with a long finish of crushed stones, ripe peach, and a balancing lemony tang. It is a refined, elegant expression of Chardonnay from one of Burgundy's most respected small producers.
