Domaine de Chevalier Blanc 2019 is one of Bordeaux's most celebrated dry white wines, produced at the historic 67-hectare estate in the Pessac-Léognan appellation of Graves. The wine is a classic Bordeaux white blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon, with Sauvignon Blanc planted on the estate's coolest sites to preserve freshness and aromatic precision. The estate, owned and managed by the Bernard family since 1983, farms organically and biodynamically, with the vineyards situated on characteristic stony gravel and black sand over iron-rich clay soils.

The 2019 vintage delivers a wine of exceptional quality and finesse, exhibiting aromas of white peach, citrus blossom, honeysuckle, and subtle toasted oak from barrel aging. On the palate it is medium to full-bodied with vibrant acidity, beautifully integrated oak, and a long, mineral-driven finish. The wine is aged in French oak barrels, a portion of which are new, lending complexity without overpowering the delicate fruit character.
