Tenuta degli Dei Le Redini is a red Tuscan IGT wine produced by the Cavalli family estate in Panzano in Chianti, Florence. A pleasant, fresh, and fruity expression of Merlot from Tuscany's renowned "Golden Valley," it delivers notes of bright cherry, leather, tobacco, and spice, with bold roundness and soft berry nuances on the finish.

The wine is composed of 90% Merlot and 10% Alicante, grown organically on south-facing slopes at altitudes ranging from 100 to 400 meters above sea level. Soils are loose and medium-mix, rich in marl near Panzano and slightly clayey near Florence, with vine density of 6,500 vines per hectare trained on spurred cordon.

Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks using indigenous yeasts, with fermentation lasting at least three weeks. Malolactic fermentation is carried out in barrels, followed by 14 months of aging in barrels and tonneaux. The appellation is Colli Toscana Centrale IGT.
