Domaine de la Mandelière is a Chablis estate in Fleys, Burgundy, France, produced under the Robert Nicolle family name. The estate is managed by Charly Nicolle and his wife Lucie Thiéblémont, who continue the family tradition of crafting classic Chablis with a strong respect for the terroir that defines this distinct appellation.
This Chablis is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in the Chablis AOC, the northernmost wine region of Burgundy. The wine is known for its expressive nose of summer flowers, citrus, and orchard fruits such as apple and pear. The palate is crisp and mineral-driven, reflecting the region's distinctive Kimmeridgian limestone soils. The Nicolle family practices sustainable and organic farming across their vineyards.
Chablis AOC wines are unoaked or lightly oaked, resulting in a fresh, clean style with high acidity that pairs exceptionally well with oysters, shellfish, white fish, and light poultry dishes. This 750ml bottle is sold in cases of 12.
