Kujira Ryukyu 10 Years Old is a single grain Japanese whisky crafted by the Masahiro Distillery in Okinawa, Japan's southernmost subtropical region. Distilled from 100% Indica rice and fermented using traditional black koji, it is aged for over 10 years in virgin casks made of white oak. The subtropical climate of Okinawa accelerates maturation, lending the whisky a distinctive depth and character unlike typical Japanese whiskies.

On the nose, honey and brown sugar intertwine with spices and soft oaky aromas. The palate delivers soft butter caramel with licorice, baked bread, clove, and cinnamon. The finish is long and spiced, with a pleasant bitterness that balances the sweetness. Bottled at 43% ABV.

This whisky has earned international recognition, including a Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2021, a Silver Medal at the International Wine & Spirits Competition 2021, and a Silver Medal at the International Spirits Challenge 2020.
