Domaine Etienne Sauzet Bourgogne Blanc is an elegant 100% Chardonnay from one of Burgundy's most celebrated estates, sourced from young vines in the Puligny-Montrachet appellation of the Côte de Beaune. This entry-level white from Domaine Etienne Sauzet offers exceptional quality relative to its price, reflecting the estate's biodynamic farming practices and meticulous winemaking.
The wine is aged on its lees for 10 to 12 months, developing a satiny texture and layers of complexity. Expect aromas of fresh pear, Granny Smith apple, white flowers, and toasted nuts, with a vibrant, mineral-driven palate that finishes with lemony acidity and subtle white pepper. The estate, run by Emilie Sauzet and Benoît Riffault, has been farmed organically since 2006 and certified biodynamic since 2013.
Sold in a 750ML bottle as part of a six-bottle case format.
