Boann Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey is crafted at Boann Distillery, a family-owned operation founded in County Meath, Ireland, which began distilling in 2019. Single Pot Still is a distinctly Irish style of whiskey, made from a mash of both malted and unmalted barley distilled in traditional copper pot stills, producing a rich, creamy, and full-bodied spirit.

This expression is bottled at 47% ABV and presented in a 700ml bottle. The whiskey is initially matured in ex-Bourbon barrels sourced from Brown-Forman of Kentucky before being finished in specialty casks — with available expressions including Pedro Ximénez (PX), Marsala, and Madeira finishes — each lending its own distinctive sweetness, dried fruit character, and depth to the base spirit.

Boann Distillery made its U.S. market debut in early 2025, and this Single Pot Still release represents the distillery's first foray into the premium Irish whiskey category. The whiskey is non-chill filtered at natural color, preserving the full texture and character of the spirit.
