Point Reyes TomaProvence is an award-winning artisan semi-hard cheese crafted by Point Reyes Farmstead Cheese Company, a women-owned dairy farm in California. Made from pasteurized, rBST-free cows' milk and aged for a minimum of 90 days, it delivers the rich, creamy, buttery character of the classic Toma style elevated by a fragrant Herbs de Provence blend.
The herb blend — Rosemary, Basil, Marjoram, Savory, and Wild Thyme — gives this cheese its distinctly Mediterranean personality. The semi-hard texture is creamy with a waxed rind, and the flavor profile pairs beautifully with olives, a fresh baguette, charcuterie, and a buttery Chardonnay. It is gluten free and made with microbial (vegetarian) rennet. The cheese has received numerous accolades including 2025 California State Fair Double Gold, 2023 American Cheese Society 1st Place, and 2022 World Cheese Awards Bronze.
