Château Pavie Macquin is a Premier Grand Cru Classé B estate in Saint-Émilion, one of Bordeaux's most prestigious appellations on the Right Bank of France. The estate's 15 hectares of vineyards sit on the Côte Pavie, adjacent to the celebrated Château Pavie and Château Troplong-Mondot, on a terroir of clay over limestone bedrock.

This red blend is composed of approximately 70% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Franc, and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine is known for its rich, lush, concentrated character with pronounced minerality, silky tannins, and sensuous texture. Expect dark fruit, earthy complexity, and a long, fresh finish with the ability to age gracefully over many years.

The estate has been managed by Nicolas Thienpont since 1990, and was developed with pioneering organic and biodynamic farming practices alongside renowned winemaker Stéphane Derenoncourt. The result is a wine that authentically expresses the terroir of Saint-Émilion in each vintage.
