Domaine Jean-Michel Guillon & Fils "Cuvée Mes Trois Fils" (meaning "My Three Sons") is a 100% Pinot Noir from the prestigious Gevrey-Chambertin appellation in Burgundy, France. The cuvée was created as a heartfelt tribute from Jean-Michel Guillon to his three sons, with the first vintage produced in 2017. It is considered an accessible entry point into the Guillon portfolio while still reflecting the estate's commitment to exceptional Burgundy winemaking.

The wine presents a vibrant ruby hue with expressive aromas of black raspberries, bramble, earth, spice, and wild gamey notes. On the palate, it delivers flavors of fresh black cherries, minerals, and a hint of vanilla, with a round mouthfeel, lifted acidity, and a long, structured finish. The wine is aged for 15 months in 100% new French oak barrels, with winemaker Alexis Guillon personally selecting trees for barrel production.

Jean-Michel Guillon founded the domaine in 1980 after retiring from aeronautics, mentored by the legendary Henri Jayer. Today, the estate spans 37 acres across more than 20 appellations, including Grand Cru sites such as Mazis-Chambertin and Vougeot.
